GTM Programs & Enablement Lead

LangChain is seeking a GTM Strategic Initiatives Lead to design and run the operating system that helps Sales execute consistently and scale efficiently. You will own end-to-end GTM initiatives, translate priorities into roadmaps, and build the change-management backbone for cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales.

The role emphasizes field enablement, adoption tracking, and rigorous measurement to improve pipeline, forecast accuracy, and retention outcomes.
