The Role

• Partner with leadership on recruitment strategies to attract and source top talent.
• Advise managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Apply HR policies and procedures to find solutions that balance business and employee needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders to define career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or business experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with management and employees.
