Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones across smart grid, monitoring, and industrial networking solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and supervising inspections to maintain quality and compliance with project specifications. The role also involves aligning logistics plans with project timelines, mitigating risks, preparing status reports, and communicating progress and issues to stakeholders. The Project Manager will support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing practical solutions for more efficient project delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards relevant to industrial or utility projects
• Competence in Logistics Management for coordinating materials, equipment, and transport
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field
• Experience in power, utilities, industrial automation, or related technology domains is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office applications
