Job Description

One of our East Coast clients is seeking an Epic HIM Analyst for an initial three-month contract anticipated to begin in late September.

The consultant will help evaluate and modernize the hospital's current HIM workflows, with a focus on reducing paper-heavy and manual processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Review current HIM workflows across the hospital
  • Identify opportunities to streamline paper and manual documentation processes
  • Recommend and apply Epic functionality to improve HIM operations
  • Support the transition of legacy document and chart-management processes to digital workflows

Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on HIM operational experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Epic
  • Experience reviewing and improving document or chart-management workflows

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Epic Gallery experience or certification
  • Gallery build, go-live support, or post-live optimization experience
