NOC Engineer: Voice Ops & Incident Lead

Vocus in Melbourne CBD is seeking a T2 Engineer to ensure effective delivery of operational tasks, monitor, log, diagnose, and resolve tickets across voice technologies. This is a full-time on-site role within the Operations Command Centre, operating on a 24/7 rotating shift.
