ABOUT THE ROLEAs the GoHighLevel Manager, you will be the architect of our CRM ecosystem, maintaining the digital infrastructure essential for our global humanitarian work. You will streamline donor care and mission workflows, plan and maintain automations, and ensure data integrity to scale our impact. By standardising our administration, you will play a vital part in connecting supporters with our humanitarian aid, water projects, and disaster response efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Structure and enhance CRM workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.
- Maintain the accuracy and health of our donor database through regular auditing.
- Oversee system notifications and donor inquiries to ensure a professional, timely experience.
- Integrate new digital tools to increase the efficacy of our fundraising and mission administration.
- Stay up to date with CRM trends to ensure our efforts are supported by efficient, modern tools.
- Experienced in GoHighLevel with a passion for building robust digital workflows.
- Highly organised, with an ability to bring clarity and structure to backend processes.
- Led by a deep relationship with God, characterised by compassion, humility, and a desire to serve.
- Deeply committed to justice, dignity for all, and mobilising supporters for humanitarian action.
- Capable of championing data-driven stewardship and communicating our global impact.
- Your technical work directly enables global humanitarian aid and disaster relief.
- Gain experience in non-profit CRM architecture and humanitarian administration.
