ABOUT THE ROLE

As the GoHighLevel Manager, you will be the architect of our CRM ecosystem, maintaining the digital infrastructure essential for our global humanitarian work. You will streamline donor care and mission workflows, plan and maintain automations, and ensure data integrity to scale our impact. By standardising our administration, you will play a vital part in connecting supporters with our humanitarian aid, water projects, and disaster response efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Structure and enhance CRM workflows and automations within GoHighLevel.
• Maintain the accuracy and health of our donor database through regular auditing.
• Oversee system notifications and donor inquiries to ensure a professional, timely experience.
• Integrate new digital tools to increase the efficacy of our fundraising and mission administration.
• Stay up to date with CRM trends to ensure our efforts are supported by efficient, modern tools.
