Desktop Technician: Build, Deploy & 1st Line Support

Link Group is looking for a Desktop Technician in New South Wales to deliver technical assistance by resolving helpdesk tickets and fulfilling service requests in line with service level agreements. Key responsibilities include performing desktop builds, managing build rooms, and assisting with the lifecycle management of desktop devices.

The ideal candidate will possess an A+ computer certification and have strong problem-solving skills. This role requires excellent communication and the ability to work flexibly, focusing on customer service.
