Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience in Material Program Management, Supply Chain Program Management, or NPI/Operations Program Management within a hardware product environment.


• Strong BOM (Bill of Materials) management and NPI lifecycle experience, including material readiness and build readiness.


• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent, including PO and material demand tracking.


• Strong cross-functional program management experience working with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.


• Strong data-driven risk management and reporting skills, including identifying supply risks and communicating recommendations to leadership.


• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• Experience with robotics, consumer electronics, industrial systems, or similar hardware products.


• Experience managing EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent product development stages.


• Experience with ECO-to-PO change management and engineering change orders.


• Experience managing material allocation, shortages, receipt holds, and phase-in/phase-out strategies.


• Experience building dashboards, trackers, and escalation mechanisms using Excel, Smartsheet, or BI tools.
