Manufacturing Plant Human Resources Manager

ALPLA Inc. seeks an HR Manager to support its manufacturing operations, driving a high-performance, safety- and quality-focused culture. In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for production and technical roles. You'll oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Manager will coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives aligned with ALPLA's values of innovation, sustainability, and respect, while ensuring accurate HR data and supporting global HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with manufacturing goals
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant roles
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and safety standards
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS data integrity
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs
• Support engagement, diversity, and retention initiatives across the facility
• Lead HR reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement projects
