We empower entrepreneurs with scalable fitness concepts, providing a strong partnership for over 150 franchisees and serving more than 450,000 members. The Role • Establish and manage your own fitness studio as an independent entrepreneur. • Oversee all business operations including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality control. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience and uphold brand standards. • Implement central marketing and sales concepts for member growth. What You'll Need • Minimum of €25,000 to €75,000 in owner's equity. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership skills and team-building capabilities. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is beneficial, but newcomers are welcome.
