The Role • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for geriatric patients. • Focus on promoting patient self-efficacy and maximizing independence in daily activities. • Collaborate closely with nursing, medical staff, and other therapists in an interdisciplinary team. • Adapt therapeutic measures to individual patient needs and functional capabilities. • Potentially work across multiple clinic locations within the region. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Physiotherapist. • A strong focus on patient-centered care and rehabilitation. • Ability to work independently and creatively in developing therapy plans. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. • High level of empathy and interpersonal skills when working with patients. • Desirable: Additional qualification in manual lymphatic drainage.
