Job Description

Sales Manager - New Client Acquisition | Magdeburg, Germany | Hybrid We are hiring for a leading German media company that leverages the strengths of out-of-home advertising enhanced by digital & dialog media and DaaS & e-commerce. With our "OOH plus" strategy, we create effective consumer engagement solutions in both digital and public spaces. Join us and let's achieve more together! The Role • Independently identify and prospect new clients (regional SMEs) through research and cold outreach. • Conduct needs analyses, present tailored solutions, and close deals through in-person or phone meetings. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships post-contract. • Utilize comprehensive onboarding, e-learning, and training to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales, particularly in new client acquisition. • A valid driver's license (Class B) for daily field sales activities. • Strong empathy and closing skills to understand customer needs and persuade new clients. • Ambitious, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a resilient approach to rejection. • A passion for success and a drive to exceed targets for performance-based compensation. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluent written and spoken German.
