The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned charity clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. • Identify and capitalize on new business and growth opportunities within existing client portfolios. • Review client risk information and claims experience, providing expert advice and solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams, including claims and risk management specialists, to deliver comprehensive service. • Present insurance terms, secure client instructions, and ensure seamless renewal processes. • Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products, market developments, and regulatory compliance.
