AI Technical Program Manager

Required Qualifications:

·         12+ years of experience managing complex technology/engineering programs.

·         Must have healthcare domain experience.

·         Strong expertise in program management, roadmap planning, governance, risk, and dependency management.

·         Experience working across AI/ML, data, cloud, platform, engineering, or product teams.

·         Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

·         Familiarity with Generative AI and Responsible AI practices preferred.

·         Healthcare, supply chain, or spend management experience is a plus.

·         Technical certifications are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead planning and execution of complex AI, data, engineering, and platform initiatives.

·         Drive roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and program governance.

·         Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, data, architecture, cloud, product, and IT.

·         Partner with technical and business leaders to translate strategy into executable programs.

·         Support responsible AI governance and AI-enabled technology initiatives.

·         Provide executive-ready status reports, program updates, and risk visibility.

·         Remove blockers and drive alignment across matrixed teams.
