Job Title: SCM Consultant (Supply Chain Management Consultant)

Location: Durham, NH 5 Days Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant to design, optimize, and implement supply chain solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement end to end supply chain solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including procurement, finance, operations, and IT
• Configure and support SCM systems (ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Provide business process reengineering and best practice recommendations
• Support system implementation, testing, and go live activities
• Deliver user training and documentation for SCM processes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
• 3 10 years of experience in SCM or consulting roles
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (P2P, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics)
• Hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP SCM/MM, Oracle SCM, etc.)
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP APO/IBP, or Oracle SCM Cloud
• Certification in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent)
• Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of integration and automation tools
