Econometrics & AI Data Scientist - Production ML Leader

Westpac Group is seeking a seasoned Data Science SME to bridge AI, data engineering and macroeconomics. You'll build production-grade ML solutions at scale and translate complex ideas into actionable insights for institutional clients and internal research teams.

You'll work within the DataX + Economics partnership, leveraging data assets and modern tooling to deliver high-impact outputs. Strong background in econometrics and time-series is essential, with hands-on Python and cloud ML experience.
