Support Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM CT

JD:

• 8–11 years in Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps / Operations
• 5+ years AWS support experience
• 5+ years Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
• Kubernetes (EKS) administration & troubleshooting
• GitLab CI/CD pipeline support
• Terraform (IaC)
• PostgreSQL administration
• Docker & Linux/Unix
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC, Security Groups)
• Monitoring: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog/CloudWatch

• HIPAA knowledge
• DevOps / SRE
• CloudFormation
• Control-M

• L2/L3 AWS & Kubernetes production support
• Troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD and Terraform issues
• Monitor infrastructure, logs, and performance
• Incident management, RCA, and automation
• Support Control-M batch jobs
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
