We are seeking a Test Engineer with a strong automation-first mindset to support the delivery of high-quality digital services. Role Overview This role requires a candidate with hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests across both API and UI layers. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, analysts, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This is not a manual testing role. Candidates must demonstrate active experience in test automation and be comfortable contributing to modern engineering practices, including shift-left testing and CI/CD integration. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
- Execute API and UI automation testing activities
- Contribute to test strategy and quality engineering practices
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, investigate, and manage defects through to resolution
- Collaborate closely with: Developers Business Analysts Product Owners Delivery teams
- Support continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tooling, and processes
