Role: Business Analyst with State client experience

Location: Harrisburg, PA ( onsite 1 day per month )

Duration: 12 Months

Consultant must currently reside in one of the following states: PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, WV, or OH. No relocation candidates

Job Description:

Business Analyst writing business requirements and test cases

Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid drafting of requirements, process documentation, and test case generation

Ability to validate AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs

Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to document business, functional, and technical requirements

Proficiency in developing user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, and edge-case scenarios

Ability to support and perform application testing activities, including executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects, and assistin

Ability to create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases, findings, and remediation work

Proficiency in Azure DevOps for work item management, requirements tracking, and test case documentation

Experience using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and artifact storage

Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
