Job Description
Data Engineer
We are seeking a Data Engineer for a Full-Time role based in New York City. You will join a mission-driven B2B2C health tech company that transforms how self-insured employers connect members to advanced primary care, helping reduce healthcare costs by up to 15%. In this role, you will build and scale the data infrastructure using a modern tech stack centered on Python, Snowflake, Dagster, and dbt. The company is hiring for a full time role.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-leverage engineering team at a pivotal, early-stage moment where your work directly impacts patient health and provider payments. The "#1 feature" here is the chance to own a modern data platform from end-to-end-utilizing a premier stack of Snowflake, Dagster, and dbt-without the "technical debt" found at older firms. They are looking for a production-minded engineer who thrives in the "builder" phase and wants to solve complex identity and infrastructure puzzles that have a real-world mission. Beyond the technical challenge, you'll gain immense growth by shaping the architecture of a fast-growing startup while enjoying a culture that explicitly protects your "maker time" and values a healthy life-work balance.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands on with lots of ownership over tech stack Daily Responsibilities
The Offer
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
