The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product displays, in-store bakery operations, and checkout processes using modern POS systems.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and other operational duties.

• Previous retail experience, with prior leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being a plus.
