Talent Acquisition Sourcer (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Hybrid

up to £50,000


We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join a growing People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting exceptional talent across a range of Business Support functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, you'll identify, engage and build relationships with top talent across areas including Tech, Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR and Corporate Services. You'll leverage your sourcing expertise, market knowledge and creativity to develop strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-calibre candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping, providing insights on talent availability and market trends.
  • Deliver quality shortlists and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives by proactively building diverse talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
  • Assist with interview coordination and recruitment administration when required.


About You

  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing across business support functions such as Tech, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing or Corporate Services.
  • Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • MUST have experience within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
