About the Role

Aikaara Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications.

The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.
• Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices, and delivery standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement across project execution.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Project Management experience in Software/Product companies.
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Technical Understanding

Candidates should have a functional understanding of:

• Web Applications
• React.js frontend development
• Ruby on Rails backend architecture
• REST APIs
• SQL Databases
• Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
• CI/CD concepts
• Git workflows
• Basic DevOps lifecycle

(Hands-on coding experience is not mandatory.)
