The Role • Perform technical maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to ensure safe and reliable operation. • Process technical reports, conduct condition assessments, and perform regular technical round-checks. • Coordinate and oversee external subcontractors, including work assignments and formal acceptance of their services. • Contribute to technical projects and support energy management initiatives for improved efficiency. • Manage technical data, process relevant information, and ensure legally compliant documentation of all tasks. • Participate in on-call duty to ensure prompt response to technical disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a qualified craftsman or master in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, electrical operations technology, or communications and security technology). • Several years of professional experience and knowledge of relevant regulations. • Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and CAFM systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for efficient technical issue resolution. • A proactive attitude, teamwork skills, service orientation, and willingness for further training. • A valid Class B driver's license.
