CJA Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and configure CJA connections, data views, and calculated metrics aligned to business KPIs
Build workspace reports and dashboards supporting marketing performance and journey analysis
Integrate CJA with AEP datasets, AJO journey data, and external analytics sources
Document CJA architecture and support end-user enablement
4+ years in analytics engineering, data analysis, or MarTech roles
Hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics
Strong understanding of AEP data models, XDM schemas, and profile datasets
Proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualization tools
