About the role

Were looking for a creative and energetic, valuesdriven Registered Manager with a range of brilliant leadership and organisational skills for one of our residential childrens home for disabled children and young people.

This post is to lead one of our 2 Children's Homes and is a place where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful difference.

The home offers overnight short breaks for up to 6 children and as the Registered Manager, youll champion childrens voices and help shape a home where children young people feel empowered, included, and celebrated. Youll play a vital part in leading inclusion, amplifying choice, building independence and nurturing relationships for the children and young people who stay here.
