Senior ERP Master Data Lead

Introduction

We are expanding our data practice and looking for enterprise data experts who are interested in growing their career by working on large scale data-heavy transformation projects and being a part of a growing data practice. As a Senior ERP Master Data Lead, you will be responsible for delivering best in class data management services, including understanding the data lifecycle, data governance, data architecture and integration, master data management, data migration, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale data transformation initiatives
• Establish and manage data governance and data standards
• Define and execute data conversion activities
• Create tactical execution plans for cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and connect with process/functional needs
• Drive data workshops and facilitate data workshops
• Develop executive communications and PMO status reporting
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Required Skills:

• At least 7-10 years of consulting experience at a recognized firm working with multi-national clients
• Experience in a Data Leadership role on at least 3 large-scale transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Expertise in industry leading practices for managing the data lifecycle, data governance, and data standards
• Experience with data management, data transformation, data migration, and ETL tools
• Technical knowledge of database architecture, integrations, and error handling
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical subject matter in all formats
• High emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams
• Experience in handling multiple data workstreams on a project
