Data Operations Lead / Campaign

A growing organization based in the Chicago area is hiring a full-time Operations Data Specialist to support large-scale marketing and production workflows. This role sits at the intersection of data operations and automation, working with tools such as Excel, Python, and SQL to ensure campaign accuracy and execution readiness. The position is full-time and offers the opportunity to directly impact how national campaigns are delivered.

Required Skills & Experience Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, validation techniques)
Professional experience using Python for data transformation or process automation
Background in operations-heavy environments (campaign ops, logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar)
Strong attention to detail with a proactive communication style
Experience managing multiple workflows with competing deadlines Desired Skills & Experience SQL or database querying experience
Exposure to high-volume or multi-location operational workflows
Experience with print, fulfillment, or campaign execution environments
