Job Description

Position: SAP Program Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)

Hiring: W2 Contract

Summary:

SAP Program Manager (M&A) Lead end-to-end SAP integration and separation programs across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs to deliver timely business synergies, maintain operational continuity, and ensure compliance.

Required skills & experience:

  • 8+ years of SAP program delivery experience, with demonstrable exposure to M&A (integrations, carve-outs, divestitures).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes (ECC/S/4HANA), interfaces, data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Proven program management skills: MS project/PMO practices, risk/issue management, budget control.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor teams and complex cutovers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; business-process oriented mindset.
