The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager, overseeing technical operations, upholding company standards, and managing daily schedules.
• Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle return with a strong service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the necessary certification for operations management, or already possess it.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently.

What's On Offer

• Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for full-time employment (39 hours/week), with part-time options available.
• Additional €300 gross per month as an operations management allowance, plus bonuses for extra responsibilities.
• Annual vacation pay and Christmas bonus, totaling €2,124 gross.
• 30 days of annual leave, plus additional special leave and sabbatical options.
