The Role

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer data and privacy.
• Label various data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video, with high quality.
• Deliver human insight data across multiple modalities, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and KPIs.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes of errors and propose solutions to enhance data labeling quality.
• Provide floor support to clarify queries and identify operational issues for process improvement.

What You'll Need

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• CEFR C1+ proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
