IT Project Manager (CGI OpenGrid OMS)

Job Description:
o Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III with hands-on experience supporting CGI OpenGrid Outage Management System (OMS) (formerly PragmaUP/PragmaLINE) in an electric utility environment.
o This role focuses on OMS application support, configuration, upgrades, testing, SQL data analysis, and production support.

Required Skills:
o Hands-on experience with CGI OpenGrid OMS (PragmaUP/PragmaLINE).
o Electrical Utility industry experience.
o OMS application maintenance and operational support.
o SQL database querying and data analysis.
o Python and/or Shell scripting.
o Windows Server support.
o OMS configuration, testing, and system upgrades.
o Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
