The Role • Build and manage your own independent fitness studio within a proven franchise system. • Oversee all entrepreneurial aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality control. • Lead, motivate, and develop your studio team. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional studio experience and brand standards. What You'll Need • Personal equity contribution ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-driven approach. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster teamwork. • A passion for building your own business and developing a team. • Experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is beneficial, but not essential. • Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and engaging with people.
