SAP OTC Consultant / Lead

We are looking for a Senior SAP OTC Consultant / Lead with 12+ years of overall SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP OTC implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP OTC solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong expertise in Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead integration with SAP FI, MM, WM/EWM, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and resolve complex OTC issues.
• Lead testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP OTC experience.
• Proven experience in SAP OTC implementation and/or lead roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
