The Role

• Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and live product demonstrations.
• Bring brands to life by educating consumers about product features and benefits.
• Execute in-store sampling events to increase product trial and awareness.
• Represent the company and its client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Track and report on demonstration performance and customer feedback.

What You'll Need

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong bias for action.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, averaging 2-3 shifts per week.
• Physical capability to stand for up to 6 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform duties in a retail environment.
• Comfortable with basic food preparation, cooking, and cleaning of equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned retail locations.
