About the OpportunityWe're looking for a Retail Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of new store openings, refurbishments and in-store initiatives across our network.
Working closely with retailers, internal teams and external partners, you'll help plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard - bringing store concepts to life.
In this Role- Support planning and delivery of store projects including new stores, refurbishments and upgrades across Sydney Metro, willingness to travel
- Partner with retailers and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans
- Coordinate store layouts, planograms, signage and in-store collateral
- Provide guidance on equipment upgrades and store improvements
- Manage project timelines, budgets and milestones across multiple initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet agreed outcomes
- 5+ years' experience in project or retail implementation roles
- Experience with supermarket fit-outs or refurbishments (desirable)
- Strong project coordination and budgeting skills
- Ability to interpret plans and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
