Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid/Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions within customer environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop scalable Generative AI applications, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver production-ready AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms through APIs and microservices.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
• Deploy applications across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems in production.

Required Skills:

• Experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases including Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with prior forward deployment experience.
