Title / Position: SDET

Location: 55 South Lake Avenue Pasadena, California 91101 - 3 days on site

Duration: 6 months contract 

Only on W2

Interview Details:

Interview Process: (Rounds, participants, prime/sub involvement) 1st round is virtual with one of the leads. 2nd round is onsite at the Pasadena office for 2 and a half hours. It is more technical, they meet the team, and he VP. they prefer someone local to Pasadena or the LA office

 

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Cucumber.
• Mobile testing experience with Appium and/or Perfecto.
• Must be proficient in at least 2-3 of the following technologies/frameworks:
  • Playwright
  • Cucumber
  • Appium
  • Perfecto
• Experience creating and maintaining BDD test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript, or prior experience in a software development role.
• Strong understanding of test automation best practices, test strategy, and quality engineering principles.

Technical Skills

• Test Automation: Playwright, Cucumber
• Mobile Testing: Appium, Perfecto
• Programming: Java and/or JavaScript
• Testing Methodology: BDD, Test Framework Development
• Tools & Practices: CI/CD, Automation Infrastructure, Quality Engineering
