Position: Senior Business Analyst (Workday, HCM, and system integrations)
Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Workday, HCM, and system integrations to support troubleshooting and stabilization of integrations between Workday and external benefits providers.
The ideal candidate will investigate issues across systems, identify root causes, and work with business, technical, integration, and provider teams to drive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and data flows.
  • Trace employee, benefits, payroll, and retirement transactions end-to-end.
  • Identify root causes related to data, configuration, mappings, integration logic, processing, or provider systems.
  • Review integration files, logs, reports, Workday transactions, and provider responses.
  • Collaborate with Workday, Benefits, Payroll, Integration, and vendor teams.
  • Document root-cause analysis, business rules, findings, and resolutions.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end data flow diagrams and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM/ERP implementations or complex integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, logs, reports, and technical artifacts.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional investigations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday experience, especially HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Integrations.
  • Experience with benefits providers, retirement/pension systems, or payroll vendors.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, XML/JSON, and flat-file integrations.
  • Experience with Workday implementation, stabilization, or production support.
