Job Description

Job Summary: The Client is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Lead to lead Human Resources Service Delivery implementations and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

 

Must-Have:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management.
  • Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management.
  • Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
  • JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal experience.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certification.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
