The Role

• Operate construction machinery and vehicles, performing maintenance on infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include restoring sidewalks, traffic areas, and installing poles.
• Participate in troubleshooting and repairing underground cable networks for clients.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a construction machinery operator, pipe layer, electrical installation fitter, civil engineering technician, or a skilled tradesperson (m/w/d), or a career changer with practical skills and some experience.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license; Class C1E and CE are desirable.
• Technical aptitude and enjoyment of working with construction machinery and technical equipment.
• German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
• Self-directed, motivated work ethic with strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
