Job Description
Mayvin is seeking a Curriculum Developer to assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements and designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design instructionally valid training materials , relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents
- Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives
- Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
- Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive and meets the program needs
