Early Career Programme Manager

Early Careers Programme Manager £500.00 per day Umbrella Farnborough (Hybrid) 3 Month Contract Our client within the defence sector is currently searching for an Early Careers Programme manager to join their team in Farnborough!

Responsibilities:

Develop the Early Careers programme roadmap through FY28.<br />Create and maintain workforce demand and talent pipeline plans.<br />Lead Apprenticeship Levy management and optimisation.<br />Deliver Early Careers commitments within the Social Value and STEM agenda.<br />Design and implement T-Level to apprenticeship pathways.<br />Review and manage external training provider performance.<br />Establish programme governance, reporting and policy frameworks.<br />Engage senior stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.<br />Monitor programme performance, risks and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience Required: Proven experience delivering Early Careers, Apprenticeship or Talent programmes.<br />Experience managing complex projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.<br />Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding and Early Careers pathways.<br />Experience developing governance, processes and programme reporting.<br />Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.<br />Experience working with training providers, schools, colleges or universities.<br />Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
