Detailed Job Description

Lookingfor a developer/DevOps profile to build and expose APIs on. Focus is onsolid, standards-compliant implementation rather than architecturalleadership. The scope of APIs to be exposed is generally defined; thecandidate is expected to implement to specification.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design and implement APIs onthe APIGee platform in line with Optus's internal API standards and TM Forum(TMF) standards.
• Support productization ofdeliverables
• Work within API standards defined(e.g. TMF Open APIs, CAMARA), implementing to agreed specifications rather thandefining new architecture.
• Collaborate with the broaderplatform teams (including the OpenShift migration workstream) as needed.

RequiredSkills & Experience

• Development experience withAPI design and implementation (REST/similar), including exposure to TM Forum(TMF) Open API standards and CAMARA
• DevOps/CI-CD familiarity tosupport build and deployment of API services.
• Working knowledge of platformenvironments such as Kubernetes/OpenShift is beneficial
• Ability to work to definedAPI/architecture standards and specifications with moderate guidance.
• Telecom/OSS domain exposureis a plus but not mandatory.
