The Role

We are seeking a proactive QA, Deployment & Migration Manager to join our growing software business.

This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape our QA processes while leading deployment planning and client migration activities. You will play a key role in a major Front End platform transformation programme and manage a multi-year client migration roadmap.

We're looking for a self-starter who can operate across testing, release management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop QA and testing processes across the business.
• Manage testing activities for software releases and strategic projects.
• Plan and coordinate deployments, releases, and rollback procedures.
• Lead phased client migration planning and execution.
• Manage feature and defect triage with Product and Technical teams.
• Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, and Client teams.
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in QA/Test Management with wider delivery or project management responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing software deployments, releases, or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and testing best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in SaaS or software product environments preferred.
• Background in smaller organisations with broad responsibilities would be advantageous.
