The Role • Lead sales and marketing strategies for the psychiatry portfolio with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and execute data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. • Apply deep knowledge of the local market and therapeutic area to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Navigate reimbursement landscapes and address payer access challenges effectively. • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Proven ability to master complex clinical and product information, including annual certification. • Strong self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adept at utilizing digital sales tools. • Must reside within 40 miles of the Knoxville, TN territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
