Project Manager – CAT B Design &amp; Build Fit-Out (Fast-Track Projects)<br />Location: London<br />Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package &amp; commission We are currently recruiting for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor specialising in CAT B Design &amp; Build projects. This role will focus on delivering fast-track office fit-outs typically ranging from £2m – £6m, working with high-profile clients across London. The Role:<br />You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of CAT B D&amp;B projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver multiple CAT B Design &amp; Build fit-out projects (£2m – £6m)<br />Manage pre-construction input, design coordination, and project execution<br />Oversee programme, cost management, and subcontractor performance<br />Act as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle<br />Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification<br />Requirements: Proven experience delivering CAT B D&amp;B fit-out projects<br />Strong understanding of fast-track project environments<br />Experience managing projects in the £2m – £6m range<br />Excellent client-facing and communication skills<br />Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines<br />Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)<br />What’s on Offer: Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience<br />Exposure to high-profile, fast-paced projects<br />Strong pipeline of work across London<br />Opportunity to join a dynamic and growing contractor<br />If you are a Project Manager experienced in CAT B Design &amp; Build fit-out looking for your next move, apply now or contact us for a confidential conversation
