BPO-Associate(3 Months Contract)

BPM - Risk Adjustment HCC Coder We are seeking a BPM Risk Adjustment HCC Coder with experience in medical coding and risk adjustment projects. The candidate will review medical records, assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes, identify documentation gaps, and support CDI initiatives while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and coding guidelines. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, ACA risk adjustment models, HCC coding, and chronic disease management is required. Candidates should have an active AAPC/AHIMA certification (CRC preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet quality and productivity targets. Experience in a healthcare BPO environment is preferred.
