What we are looking for:

• Completed laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field.
• Ideally 2 years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required due to limited public transport availability during shift hours.

• Annual base salary: €32,250 - €45,150 gross per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

As a Biotech Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of advanced therapy medicinal products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance:

What you will do:

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following strict aseptic techniques.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  Identify and report deviations to help ensure compliance and product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Working in 5 shifts, 2 morningshifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 nightshifts.
