They are seeking a highly technical and customer-focused System Administrator to join a large enterprise IT contract supporting the Department of Defense. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, multi-enclave environment and contribute to crucial mission objectives. The Role • Manage and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, including Certificate Authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Provide operational and maintenance support for systems and software in a large, complex network enterprise. • Interact directly with customers, including senior executives, to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training. • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain identity management tools and systems to ensure security and functionality. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for Identity and Access Management (IdAM). • Document technical findings, resolution steps, and methodologies for incident analysis and process improvement. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. • Experience with PKI technologies, including RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Proven ability to issue, troubleshoot, and manage token cards and soft certificates for authentication. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and ticket management using ITSM tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, or TS/SCI with willingness to obtain a Polygraph. • Minimum DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) Intermediate IT System Admin certification.
